What do you do at Emerald?

I am the Production Sales Manager. I seek out net new business opportunities for our production line systems like the Ricoh 7200, 5200 and 8300, as well as the hardware and software solutions that can accompany them. I try to keep each day fun, fruitful and growing by servicing my client base and seeking net new business prospects via phone, email, business social medial and traditional face-to-face cold calls. I also like helping and mentoring as much as I can, whether it be assisting with a phone call to a CIO or accompanying a team member to present a great deal or solution. I still really love sales going into my 20th year in our industry!
