What do you do at Emerald?

I work as an account executive – I help with a lot of the marketing initiatives and am a proud member of the self-acclaimed party planning committee – but my true role is helping new and existing customers to keep their offices running efficiently.

How long have you worked for Emerald?

I started at Emerald in January of 2018.

What’s your favorite memory at Emerald?

We volunteered as a team to clean the Great South Bay

What’s your favorite place you’ve ever visited?

Ireland. Cliché, I know, but it really was the most beautiful country I have ever visited.

What’s a charity you choose to support?

Mustard Seed Communities. The organization provides care for society’s most vulnerable populations. I served at their Adelphi, Jamaica location during my mission trip in college where I worked at an orphanage for children with special needs. I wholeheartedly believe in the work they do!

What was your first job?

I worked at Kline’s in Ocean Beach every summer from 8th grade until my sophomore year of college. I loved working on Fire Island and worked in every aspect of the store – inventory and stocking, working the floor (sales for babies!), register, displays, etc. Really anything I could convince my boss to let me try!

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Baconeggandcheese on a roll with salt pepper and ketchup.

What’s the best concert you ever attended?

My sister and I saw Billy Joel as a Christmas gift to each other one year and we managed to get upgraded to floor seats and saw the entire show in the pit directly in front of the stage. It was a true Long Island girl’s peak.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

A sea turtle. They live in the ocean and on land and for a VERY long time and I’d love to live seemingly forever at the beach.

What are you currently watching on Netflix?

I’m re-watching Gilmore Girls!

Which part of your job do you enjoy the most?

Learning how each customer can use our products – both software and hardware – effectively in their office.

How would you spend a Ferris Bueller’s day off?

I would go to Kismet and spend the day at the beach and grab dinner & drinks in town after.
