RICOH HONORS EMERALD DOCUMENT IMAGING WITH TWO PROVISION AWARDS

2026 Ricoh Service Awards

Emerald is thrilled to receive the 2026 Ricoh ProVision Award. This award is a prestigious honor given to the top-performing Ricoh dealerships in the United States. It serves as a benchmark for service quality and technical proficiency.

The ProVision award certifies that a dealership has met Ricoh’s most stringent operational standards. Only about 20% of Ricoh dealers (roughly 60 out of 300 nationwide) typically earn this status each year, making this a major achievement for the Emerald team.

To qualify, a dealership must pass a rigorous assessment across several technical and administrative metrics:

  • Technical Expertise: Technicians must maintain a high overall GPA (typically 70-80%+) on training and certification courses.

  • Training Coverage: At least two technicians must be certified for every specific model the dealer sells.

  • Service Performance: Evaluation includes “First Call Effectiveness” (fixing the issue on the first visit) and response times.

  • Connected Services: Mandatory participation in Ricoh’s @Remote and ARMS (Advanced Remote Mobile System) for proactive maintenance.

  • Compliance: Strict adherence to safety incident reporting and the exclusive use of genuine Ricoh parts.

The second award that Emerald received from Ricoh in 2026 is the Ricoh Production Pro Dealer Award. This award signifies that a dealership has achieved the highest level of expertise in production print technology.

To receive this prestigious award, the dealer must have a dedicated team capable of supporting complex production workflows, including color management and advanced finishing. Emerald was evaluated on first-call effectiveness, uptime reliability, and the use of genuine Ricoh parts. Emerald’s service technicians are also certified on all production-class devices, like the Ricoh Pro C-Series.
